Auction terms

A confirmed bid is a binding offer to buy the lot at that amount if it is the winning bid. Bids cannot be withdrawn.

The auction clock on our server is authoritative. Bids received after a lot closes are rejected.

Where a reserve applies, a lot sells only if the highest bid meets or exceeds it. Unsold lots do not create any obligation for bidders.

Payment is by EFT using the reference on your order. A payment counts only once we have confirmed it in our bank account.

Collection is free during published hours. Delivery, where available, is quoted for your address after the auction and must be accepted by you before it is charged.

Items are sold as described in the listing, including any listed defects.

If bidding is interrupted, accepted bids are preserved. We will record any pause or revised closing schedule and notify affected bidders.
